Vote Description
This was a vote on Amendment #9 to H. 4460, a supplemental spending bill that included emergency shelter funding. This amendment sought to impose a six month residency requirement in order to access the state's right to shelter benefits, yet would not apply to a victim of domestic violence or a person whose living situation has been affected by a fire or other natural disaster that occurred in Massachusetts.
