Vote Description
This vote was to allow consideration of the conference committee report for the FY18 budget, H3800. Although the appointed conference committee met for over a month to essentially create a new budget from the ones the House and Senate produced, legislators were only given a handful of hours to read through this 327 page bill before they were expected to vote on it.

Mass Fiscal supports a no vote because we believe this action did not allow for reasonable time to review the report, resulting in complete lack of transparency.
