Require Actions of New Climate Change Bureaucratic Commission be Public Senate #161

Vote Description

This is a vote on Amendment number 93 to S.2477. As written, the bill creates a new Commission that wouldn't be held accountable to anybody (not the governor, administration, or legislature) and could freely create regulations independently, without any requirement to publish or post their actions for public viewing. This amendment would simply require that commission to publish and post all actions.
