Vote Description
This vote is on amendment #6 to S.2273, a union intimidation bill. This amendment requires that the union keep personal contact information confidential and prohibits the selling of this personal information. It also states that once a public employee leaves their job, the union must destroy their personal contact information and any attempt to contact this employee after their leave will be subject to a fine of $1,000.
