Vote Description
This vote is on amendment #3 to H.86, A Proposal for a Constitutional Amendment changing MA's flat income tax to a graduated income tax, by issuing an 80% tax increase on those making over $1 million annually. Since many small business file their taxes at the individual rate as S Corporations, this amendment would exempt them from the proposed tax increase.
