Environmental Regulation and Carbon Tax Senate #425

Vote Description

This bill, S2545 adds additional burdensome environmental regulations in addition to our state’s current environmental laws, which are some of the most stringent in the country. These regulations will do very little in helping the overall environment, but add tremendous burden to our state’s residents, businesses and economy.

Mass Fiscal Explanation

MassFiscal supports a no vote due to the fiscal burden and additional red tape this bill would put on the state.
