State Borrowing Bill: Life Sciences Senate #415
Vote Description
This bill, H4501 is a $500 million bond bill for investment life sciences which adds directly to the state's debt. Currently, Massachusetts is in the bottom five states in the country for highest debt per-capita. As long as we keep borrowing money and adding to our debt without addressing the problems, we put our state in poor standing.
Mass Fiscal Explanation
