Vote Description

This was a vote on Amendment #7 to S.10, Proposed Senate Rules for the 2021-2022 Legislative Session. This amendment calls for 2/3 consent of senators to conduct their business past the hour of 10:00 p.m. Conducting business late into the night, out of the public eye is not good practice and should only be done in the most extreme circumstances.
