Longer Review Time for Budget Bill Senate #2
Vote Description
This was a vote on Amendment #3 to S.10, Proposed Senate Rules for the 2021-2022 Legislative Session. This amendment changes from 5 to 7 days the review time of the budget before taking up the bill for consideration. Since the budget is usually the most dense, and lengthy piece of legislation each year, ample review time is needed to digest what's in the bill as well as draft amendments.
