Vote Description
This was a vote on amendment #7 to S.16, a supplemental spending bill funding the emergency shelter system. This amendment would require that for any state funded housing program, priority is given to applicants who have established legal residency in Massachusetts and whose initial cause of homelessness occurred while residing legally in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
