Adding a Minority Report Senate #12

Vote Description

This was a vote on amendment #12 to S.18, Joint Rules for the 2023-2024 Legislative Session. This amendment, allows for the dissenting members of a joint committee, polled on a piece of legislation, to file a separate report with respect to the committee reports in question. This will provide a voice to those on a joint committee who object to advancing legislation to be taken up on the House and Senate Floor.
