Vote Description

This was a vote on amendment #28 to S.17, Senate Rules for the 2023-2024 Legislative Session. This amendment sets parameters for remote voting exceptions as follows: allows for remote voting in cases of disability, illness, the need for a member to provide care for an immediate family member, pregnancy or childbirth of a member or said member’s spouse, domestic partner or partner.
